This is a complete spring replacement kit for those looking to upgrade their suspension to air bags in order to maintain the same ride height, no matter the load of the vehicle.
The Y62 rear wheel alignment changes so much through it’s travel; therefore keeping a constant ride height is critical to avoid excessive tyre wear, and poor handling.
From a soft comfortable ride, to a heavily loaded car looking to maintain ride height, these airbags are a great option for nearly all end users.
The main difference between the standard and raised height air bag kit is the lower mounting plates.
The rear lower control arms in a standard height Y62 sit relatively level. Whereas a lift causes those arms to lean down. To counter this, the lower mounting plates in the raised kits are angled. This allows the air bags to be mounted vertically upright even though the control arms are tilted.
To be legal these need to be fitted in conjunction with an automatic leveling system designed to keep the car at the desired ride height and signed off by a local Engineer.
Without engineering these are not road legal and are for Offroad Use Only

Made from a tough construction, these are super durable, and when setup correctly will maintain a constant ride height with or without weight in or on the tow bar of the car- eliminating many of the wheel alignment and ride quality issues with these cars.
