Genuine Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit - Nissan Patrol GU Y61 ZD30 3.0L Diesel

This comprehensive kit provides all the essential gaskets, studs, and nuts for the exhaust manifold on your ZD30 engine.

Over time, the extreme and constant heat cycles of the engine cause the original manifold gaskets to degrade, become brittle, and fail. This kit is essential when replacing a cracked or warped exhaust manifold, upgrading the turbocharger, or performing any work that requires the removal of the manifold to ensure a perfect, leak-free seal upon reassembly.

This kit consists of a NEW GENUINE ZD30 Exhaust Manifold (14004VV20A) which are very common to warping causing boost leaks and a whistling noise.

This kit includes all BRAND NEW GENUINE NISSAN gaskets, studs, and nuts in order to replace the manifold on the vehicle. 

It comes with all the turbo gaskets too as the turbo needs to be removed from the manifold to do this.

All the parts that come with the kit are pictured as above.

Suits both oil only and oil / water cooled turbos.

Note: there is a couple of different parts numbers for some of the studs, so they may be substituted to another part number in the event of running out of the part number pictured, they will still be suitable for what they are required for.
