This GTurbo low-mount exhaust manifold is a high-performance, two-piece upgrade designed for the Nissan Patrol GU Y61 fitted with the legendary TD42 engine. It bolts directly to the cylinder head, providing a robust T3 flange mounting point for your turbocharger. Engineered specifically for high-performance applications, it replaces restrictive or cracked factory manifolds that can't handle increased boost and heat, preventing common issues like exhaust leaks, power loss, and poor fuel economy.

Studs to use with this manifold are 4 x 0826703210 or PAP-1311 (available in our store) along with the M10 x 1.25 copper locking nuts - F2141-10-125

• Crack-Resistant Two-Piece Design: Allows for thermal expansion and contraction, significantly reducing the risk of cracking common with single-piece manifolds under extreme heat cycles.
• High-Flow Engineering: Optimised internal passages reduce exhaust backpressure and improve gas velocity. This spools the turbo faster, increasing horsepower and torque across the rev range.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Manufactured from high-silicon ductile cast iron to withstand extreme temperatures and pressure without warping or failing, a common problem with cheaper, inferior castings.
• Low-Mount T3 Flange: Specifically configured for low-mount turbo placements, making it the ideal foundation for GTurbo performance packages and other T3-flanged turbo upgrades.
• Installation Requirements: This is a moderate to difficult workshop job. New manifold-to-head gaskets, a turbo-to-manifold gasket, and new mounting hardware are highly recommended. We suggest using studs 0826703210 or PAP-1311 along with M10 x 1.25 copper locking nuts (F2141-10-125), available separately.
