New ZD30 Manifold Kit

 

Suits: Nissan GU Patrols with ZD30 Direct Injection & Common Rail

This kit consists of a BRAND NEW ZD30 Exhaust Manifold which are very common to warping causing boost leaks and a whistling noise.

It includes all Japanese KP gaskets in order to replace the manifold on the vehicle. The nuts included are Non Genuine Copper Type and the studs are a quality stud.

It comes with all the turbo gaskets too as the turbo needs to be removed from the manifold to do this.

Suits both oil only and oil / water cooled turbos.

We also have another kit available that uses all Genuine Nissan Gaskets and it includes Genuine Nissan Nuts & Studs also. This kit is a bit dearer if required. Please check this out in our online store.
