This comprehensive kit is designed for the exhaust manifold, which bolts directly to the cylinder head of your vehicle's ZD30 engine. It provides all the essential hardware and gaskets required to ensure a perfect, leak-free seal between the manifold and the engine block.
Over time, the extreme and constant heat cycles of the engine can cause the original exhaust manifold to warp, gaskets to fail, or studs to become brittle and snap. You may need this kit if you notice a distinct ticking or hissing noise from the engine bay (especially on a cold start), a smell of exhaust fumes in the cabin, or a visible black soot track around the manifold flange.
It includes all Japanese KP gaskets in order to replace the manifold on the vehicle. The nuts included are Non-Genuine Copper Type and the studs are a quality stud.
It comes with all the turbo gaskets too as the turbo needs to be removed from the manifold to do this.
Suits both oil only and oil / water cooled turbos.
