Suite All TD42 engines                                                                                                                                                This is an Adventure Corp TD42 PERFORMANCE Weld-On Top Half Intake Manifold, designed to enhance the performance of your factory TD42 intake manifold.                                                                               

To install the TD42 PERFORMANCE weld-on top half intake manifold, the existing top section of your factory cast intake manifold needs to be removed. This can be done through grinding or milling. Once the factory top is removed, our performance top half intake manifold is designed to seamlessly match the length, width, and thickness of the original intake manifold. It can then be welded onto the remaining lower section.
