This little beauty is your gearbox drain plug, found right at the bottom of your manual gearbox. Your old drain plug can get a flogged-out head or a stripped thread from years of servicing, or maybe the last person to work on it over-tightened it. Even worse, you might have lost it somewhere on the tracks.
This drain plug can be fitted to either front or rear diff, as well as the gearbox.
They have a Magnet fitted to the end, so any small metal shavings hopefully get caught and don't keep circulating through the gearbox.
Note: This Should not be fitted as a fill plug, as it is quite a bit longer than a standard Plug.
