This kit contains all the essential gaskets for the turbocharger on your vehicle's ZD30 engine. These gaskets create critical seals at multiple points, including between the exhaust manifold and the turbo inlet, the turbo outlet and the exhaust dump pipe, and on the oil and coolant supply and drain lines.
This gasket kit is required whenever the turbocharger is being removed for service or replaced. The original gaskets are designed as single-use, crush-type seals. Attempting to reuse old gaskets will almost certainly result in leaks, as they will have lost their ability to compress and seal effectively.
This Kit contains all of the gaskets required to re-fit an OIL ONLY Turbo.
If you turbo is water and oil cooled, you will need the following extra gaskets along with this kit.
