This is the Small bush that is located on the bottom of the Gearstick.

There is also a larger bush that the gearstick sits in, we also sell this separately as a pair or individually.

In most cases if your gearshifter is very vague and sloppy, it is best to change both these bushes and it will make it nice and firm again.

However in some cases the Gear Shifter housing is worn, and replacing these bushes will only half fix the problem.
