Genuine Nissan Small GU Shifter Bush - Nissan Patrol

This genuine Nissan shifter bush is located at the base of the gear lever, where it connects to the selector mechanism on top of the gearbox. It is a small but critical component designed to remove play and provide a smooth, positive feel during gear changes. If your gear stick feels loose, sloppy, or has excessive movement while in gear, a worn shifter bush is the most likely cause.

In most cases if your gearshifter is very vague and sloppy, it is best to change both these bushes and it will make it nice and firm again. However in some cases the Gear Shifter housing is worn, and replacing these bushes will only half fix the problem.
