This is the large round Wiper seal that seals the swivel housing to the swivel ball

This is just a dust seal, and not designed to keep oil in, as there should not be any oil in the swivel hub.

Non Genuine Seals Can Be Harder than genuine or incorrectly moulded

This can cause them not to seal as well as a genuine seal.
