This is the large bush that the Gearstick sits in.
There is also a smaller bush that is located on the end of the gearstick, we also sell this separately and also as a pair in a seperate listing.
In most cases if your gearshifter is very vague and sloppy, it is best to change both these bushes and it will make it nice and firm again.
However in some cases the Gear Shifter housing is worn, and replacing these bushes will only half fix the problem.
