This is a replacement Genuine Nissan Twin Filler Neck.
Many people remove LPG off these vehicles and convert back to straight fuel using a factory main tank in the rear (to replace the LPG tank) and keep the belly tank in place.
When the vehicles go on LPG, they modify the factory filler neck and this makes it unusable to go back to twin filler necks for two petrol tanks.
This Petrol Twin Filler Neck has the anti splash back flaps in them, unlike the diesel ones.
These are also near on impossible to find secondhand.
This comes as pictured, and does not come with fuel caps or any hoses.
