This hinge fits the Left Hand Rear 2nd row door (behind the Passenger) on wagon models and is the upper hinge.

It is common for door hinges to wear the pins and allow the door to 'drop

It can be either or both hinges that are worn. When a hinge drops you will notice the door can move up and down a lot when open, and when you close it it will hit on the striker.

Generally best practice to replace both hinges at the same time.
