Genuine Nissan Front Driveshaft Universal Joint - Nissan Patrol GQ & GU

This Genuine Nissan Universal Joint is a critical component located in the front driveshaft (propeller shaft) of your Nissan Patrol. It connects the yokes of the shaft, allowing it to articulate and flex with the suspension's movement while transferring power from the transfer case to the front differential. This part is essential for a smooth and reliable 4WD system.

Over time and with exposure to harsh conditions like mud, water, and heavy loads, the needle bearings inside the universal joint can wear out. This wear leads to excessive play in the driveline, often noticeable as a vibration at certain speeds or a "clunking" sound when engaging a gear or accelerating.

You will need two of these to replace the universal joints at both ends on the front driveshaft but SOLD INDIVIDUALLY

* Note - This also suits the rear on GQ & GU RD28 & RB30 engines, as they use the smaller Uni Joint on the rear which is the same as the front.

The cups on the end measure 28mm.

These universal joints are GENUINE NISSAN, MADE IN JAPAN. Be careful of Chinese ones which have a reputation of not lasting as long and causing vibration issues.
