It is common for this unit to fill up with dirt and other contaminants over time and become very stiff to move.
It is also common for the cables to kink or the flaps inside the heater box to jam, so please diagnose your problem properly before ordering parts.
NOTE - This Heater Control Unit does NOT come with the A/C button. As seen in image.
