This is a Genuine Nissan exhaust manifold designed for the YD25 engine fitted to the Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 models. Bolted directly to the side of the cylinder head, its primary function is to collect hot exhaust gases from the engine's cylinders and channel them efficiently into the turbocharger.

Due to constant exposure to extreme heat cycles, the original manifolds are prone to warping or cracking over time, which can cause exhaust leaks, a high-pitched squeal from the engine bay, and a noticeable loss of performance. In these cases, simply replacing the gasket is not enough to fix the issue, and a full manifold replacement is required.

Installation Notes
