This is a false floor setup in the rear cargo area for the Y62 and is an L shape setup enabling you to keep the RIGHT HAND 3rd row seat still in use. It also has s hatch installed, so you can access items under the floor like the Jack.

It still allows for the 2nd row seats to be installed in the vehicle.
It has 3 mounting holes to mount it to your vehicle and has a factory look about it.
Underneath has room to mount items like slimline batteries, arb air compressors, dual battery + controllers etc.
Comes with a fitting kit.
Now comes with a little cover to hide the 3rd row seat mechanisms for a neater finish.
