These are a High Quality Aftermarket  Cylinder to Suit GQ Patrol Models

Fitted with a vacuum Booster

the vacuum booster is a round black Cylinder that looks like the brake booster only smaller, and it is fitted between the master cylinder and the firewall.

All of these cylinders have an Aluminium bore, which means

they wear easier than a cast Steel bore, hence we have had a lot more success replacing the whole cylinder instead of trying to rebuild.

These are a direct bolt in Item, with no modifications required.
