Cylinder Head Kit

Suit Nissan Patrol GU Y61 with ZD30Di (Direct Injection) engine UP TO 2007
Suit Nissan Navara D22 with ZD30Di engine.
 
This is a BRAND NEW assembled Cylinder Head Kit for the ZD30Di engine.
 
This cylinder head comes supplied with Camshafts, Buckets, Shims, Valves fitted & Ultimate VRS gasket set, with some studs and nuts and New Head Bolts.

The gasket kit includes 2 versions of the same gasket, the small gasket that goes between the cylinder head and the timing cover.
Most of the time the MLS gasket is what is required however, there are times due to machining of the block/head or both, that only the single layer gasket will fit.

Head is supplied with camshafts fitted and clearances set. Ready to bolt on making it easy to fit.


We also carry the remaining gaskets needed when replacing your cylinder head separately in our online store.

NOTE: Does NOT suit Common Rail (Cr) engines in Nissan Patrols. (from 2007 onwards)
