This seal sits between the airbox base and the airbox lid.
Having a good seal ensures that dust and other contaminants cannot enter your vehicles intake and then into your engine, causing damage to your rings and other engine components. Worse case is water getting through which will hydraulic lock your engine which is a very costly exercise to fix.
These are our newly designed air box seal made from a neoprene foam.
