These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd’s promotion giving you the chance to win one prize. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully, and we recommend you save a copy of them for your reference.

Promotional period

The Patrolapart & Navarapart Giveaway will commence from 6:00pm AEST 15/12/2025 and end at 12:00 pm AEST 22/12/2025. Entries received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Promotion eligibility

Participation in the promotion is available to anyone who Tags someone in the comments, likes, and shares the giveaway post. You must also like our Instagram page.

Prize Pool

The prize will be a Yikong YK4107 RC car, with free shipping worldwide. Please note that shipping outside of Australia will not include the battery, and you will need to source your own battery.

Prizes are not exchangeable for other goods or cash.

How to enter

There is no charge to enter the Patrolapart & Navarapart Promo. Entry is Done by Commenting, liking the post and our page, and sharing the giveaway post. No registration or physical entry is required to participate. 

When and where the draw will take place

The winners of the promotion will be drawn at 2:00pm AEST 22/12/2025 via Instagram.

How will the winner be chosen?

This is a game of chance and the winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries using a random number generator.

Notification of draw

Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd will attempt to notify the winners using their Instagram handle. The winners of the draw will be posted on our social media accounts. If a winner does not respond within 14 days after the notification, an alternate winner will be chosen. 

How will your information be used?

Any personal information you provide in the course of this Promotion will be subject to our privacy policy. You agree that Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.

If you are a winner, you may be required to participate in publicity in connection with the promotion without additional compensation. You agree that Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd can use your name and photo on communications as ‘a winner’.

By entering the promotion, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the promotion, prize fulfillment, and contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

Additional Terms

Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in the Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the promotion. Examples of entries or behaviors that are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.

Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd’s reasonable control where Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.

Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries, damages or death caused by prize.

Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of participants, results or any and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of Patrolapart & Navarapart Pty Ltd shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
