This is the plastic piping that connects the cyclone canister to the adaptor above the exhaust manifold. It is common for these to go hard and brittle and crack, developing a hole in your air intake system, therfore bypassing your precleaner or snorkel. One end is a rectangle shape and the other round. These are very hard to find now second-hand as lots of TB42s engines are on LPG and this pipe is disposed of.
