This is for the pulley that goes onto the tensioner.
These motors are very fussy that the tensioner, pulley and belts are in good condition, or they will squeal, it is common for the pulleys to fail.
It is recommended to replace the whole assembly rather than just the pulley, as there could be a couple of factors causing squealing issues.
