Genuine Nissan Oxygen Sensor Rear - Patrol GU TB48 2001-2005

This genuine Nissan rear oxygen sensor is fitted into your vehicle's exhaust system, located after the catalytic converter. It is a critical component of the emissions control system, responsible for measuring the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gases. This information is sent to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) to monitor the efficiency of the catalytic converter.

Over time, these sensors can fail or become less accurate due to contamination and age, leading to a "Check Engine Light" on your dashboard and incorrect readings being sent to the ECU.

The earlier TB48 engines have 2 Oxygen sensors, and the later models have 4.

2006 onwards models have 4 sensors, and the 2 upper ones were also changed after 2006. So please check the pictures of the plugs in the photo before purchasing. The earlier plugs are 4 pin wide. the later are 2 rows of 2 pins.
