This is the metal brake line that runs along the front axle housing between the diff centre and the rubber brake line coming off the brake caliper on the LEFT hand side / Passenger side.
Brake lines and pipes can easily be broken when working on your car or just from wear and tear over time. This is a great aftermarket option to get you back on the road.
