Suits: Nissan Patrol with ZD30 engine from October 2004 onwards Series 4 with Direct Injection Engine & Common Rail
This kit includes the hi flow air box lid along with a larger capacity intake pipe system to increase the air into your turbo.
It also removes the common rubber Nissan intake pipes to crack and perish, especially the one closest to the turbo.
HPD's hiflow air intake kit comes with:
- HPD billet CNC high flow air box lid with true 3" cobra neck connector
- Aluminium 3" mandrel bent piping
- Intergrated billet air flow meter adaptor
- 1/BSP threaded boss for vacuum reference with supplied 1/8 brass plug and 6mm boost hose tail for versatility
- German made, load rated hose clamps
- High quality silicone reducer elbow
- Colour installation instructions
This kit has been designed so that it can be easily installed. HPD have now added a 1/8 bsp boss in the underside of the air intake and a hose tail for those who are still running a factory boost solenoid as you will still require vacuum reference as the factory intake reservoir will be disconnected.
We suggest to also install the HPD VNTC boost controller to stabilise boost fluctuation.
