Injector Pump Washer

Suits: Nissan Patrol GQ with TD42 Engine

and; GU with TD42, TD42t and TD42Ti Engine

This is a Genuine Nissan Product, that is a Felt coated aluminum washer for optimum sealing, as any imperfection can allow the system to suck air in causing all sorts of issues in the diesel system, like white smoke on start up, misfire when starting etc

This goes on the Banjo bolt that goes through the supply line to the injector pump, there is 2 washers required, one each side of the fitting.

The 2nd location for this washer is on the Banjo bolt for the Return line fitting.

This fitting is a 2 way fitting, with the return from the injector rail, the return back to the fuel tank and the banjop bolt into the fuel pump.
