Located on the driver's side dashboard or center console, this Genuine Nissan Sub Tank Button Switch is the primary control for your vehicle's dual fuel tank system. This switch activates the pump that transfers fuel from the auxiliary sub tank to the main tank, effectively extending your vehicle's range. Replacement is often necessary due to electrical failure from years of use, worn-out internal contacts, or physical damage to the switch housing.
The Sub tank Sytem is quite complex on a GU Patrol, so don't assume that if it doesn't work the switch is broken, the Switch also has an Incandescent light in it which is replaceable.
