This is the Large Bolt that Tightens the front of the harmonic balancer and locks it to the crank. There is a large washer that goes on the bolt before it gets tightened and two Harmonic Keys.

If there is any damage to any of these, you should replace them, don't risk your harmonic balancer coming loose or even worse, falling right off which is a common problem on the RD28 engines.

If your Hamonic balancer has fallen off, this is the kit you need to replace it.
