This is the copper washer that seals the injector into the head where it enters the cylinder.
If this copper washer is not repalced it can allow a leak between the cylinder and the injector which fills the injector tube with carbon and the injector ends up seized into the head.
there is an Oring on the injector also, which stops oil traveling down the injector tube- we recoemnd replacing these also- However they are different between the engine types- so search our website for the correct model.
On a ZD30 Direct Injection Model the Injector Pokes out through the side of the Cylinder head, so we recoemdn replacing the injector to head seals also.
