This is the resonator / storage tank that joins onto the intake pipe on the TB48 before it goes to the throttle body.
When vehicles are fitted with LPG this sometimes gets chucked out, so when putting your car back onto straight petrol, which is very common lately, these are sought after along with the intake pipe and rarely seen secondhand.
