This is the rubber door stopper located around the middle of the door near the door lock mechanism.
This one is located on the 2nd row passenger two doors, the front runs something similar but is a different part.
When the door is shut, this contacts against the body to help stop movement in the door whilst travelling and stops the door from shutting too far.
