This is the Front Breather hose that connects the rocker cover to the pipe that runs forward and joins up with the front of the intake manifold.

Normally this hose is not Modified when converted to gas, but it depends on the gas fitter. 

Inspection of your own car is Recommended before purchasing to see if it still uses the Genuine Hose.
