These are the retainer clips that hold the transfer / gearstick boots that go around the plastic gearstick surround Into place. the Shifter surround has little plastic Lugs that these push over and lock the leather boot into place. if your plastic lugs are broken off- then these wont work. They are common to fall off, and causes your boots to drop in height.
The genuine Nissan ones are quite expensive, so these are a much cheaper option.
