The Extended Rotor button has a Brass wing Soldered on-top to extend the tip of the Rotor Button.
This Closes up the gap between the End of the rotor button and the Distributor Cap.
Closing this Gap gives a stronger Spark.
These are a New Bosch Rotor Button that have been modified.
