Mounted in the engine bay on the right (driver's) side of the firewall, the clutch booster mounts between your clutch master cylinder and the clutch fork. It provides hydraulic assistance, reducing the effort needed to depress the clutch pedal. This new aftermarket replacement offers a quality alternative to a faulty original, getting your vehicle back shifting smoothly.
When installing the new clutch booster, you might need to adjust the clevis pin and push rod to ensure correct length by measuring their length on the existing clutch booster assembly, then modifying the length on the new assembly to match.
Failure to correctly adjust the clevis pin and push rod may result in excessive pressure on the diaphragm, causing it to become unseated.
This clutch booster does not come with the adaptor to the master cylinder.
Note: Due to variations in vehicle fitment, the clevis pin clip supplied may not be suitable for your vehicle and the original clip will need to be reused.
