This Air Bag Load Assist Kit is designed to be installed within the rear coil springs of your vehicle, fitting between the chassis and the rear axle assembly. It is a high-pressure, air-adjustable suspension system that provides crucial support for your vehicle's rear end. This kit is essential when you frequently tow heavy loads like caravans and trailers, or when your vehicle is consistently loaded with heavy equipment. It works to level the vehicle, restoring correct ride height and improving overall handling and safety.
Driving with a sagging rear suspension due to heavy loads can lead to dangerously compromised steering control, reduced braking efficiency, and accelerated, uneven tyre wear. In severe conditions, the suspension can bottom out, causing potential damage to your shock absorbers, bump stops, and other critical chassis components, leading to costly repairs.
We recommend this kit where towball loads exceed 100kg or have heavy internal loads.
