VDO Turbo Boost Gauge 0-15 psi

VDO Turbo Boost Gauge 0-15 psi

Monitoring your turbo's boost pressure is one of the most important things you can do for the health of your diesel engine. This gauge is fitted inside your ute's cabin, often in a dash or pillar-mounted pod, to give you a real-time reading of how much pressure your turbo is producing. Without one, you're flying blind. You can't see if a modification has pushed your boost into the engine-destroying danger zone, and you won't know if a boost leak is robbing you of power and fuel economy. Ignoring a potential over-boost or under-boost issue can lead to serious and expensive engine damage, including cracked pistons or head gasket failure.

Features & Benefits

• Accurate Boost Monitoring: The 0-15 psi range is perfectly suited for standard and mildly tuned diesel engines like the TD42, giving you a precise and easy-to-read measurement of your turbo's performance.
• Engine Protection: This gauge is your first line of defence. It ensures you can immediately identify over-boosting that can cause catastrophic engine failure or under-boosting that points to leaks or a worn turbo.
• Quality VDO Instrument: As a genuine VDO product, you can rely on its accuracy and durability. Don't risk your engine with a cheap, inaccurate gauge.
• Clear Readability: The classic VDO look is clean and easy to read at a glance, with backlighting for clear visibility at night, ensuring you can keep an eye on things without distraction.
