VDO Pyrometer Thermocouple Only EGT
This VDO EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) Pyrometer Thermocouple is designed to be fitted into the exhaust system, typically in the exhaust manifold or turbo dump pipe, pre-turbocharger. It is a high-quality replacement sensor probe for your existing VDO EGT gauge, responsible for accurately measuring the temperature of the exhaust gases leaving your engine.
An EGT gauge is a critical tool for monitoring the health of any hard-working diesel engine, especially those that have been tuned or are used for heavy towing. This replacement thermocouple is needed when your original probe has failed, is providing inaccurate readings, or has been damaged, ensuring your gauge continues to provide vital, real-time information to protect your engine.
This VDO thermocouple is the PROBE ONLY. This can be used when your existing probe has damaged wires and reading incorrectly. This is Genuine VDO premium quality gear. Be careful of cheap immiation products.
