Auto Transmission Temp Gauge Kit - Nissan Patrol Y62

Auto Transmission Temp Gauge Kit - Nissan Patrol Y62

This VDO Auto Transmission Temperature Gauge Kit is designed to be installed in the cabin of your vehicle, allowing for clear and precise monitoring of your automatic transmission's fluid temperature. The kit includes a sender unit which is fitted to the transmission itself to provide real-time data directly to the driver.

Monitoring your transmission temperature is crucial, especially on a heavy vehicle like the Y62 Patrol which is often used for towing heavy loads, off-roading, or driving in demanding conditions. The factory setup does not provide a dedicated, real-time temperature reading, leaving the driver unaware of potentially damaging heat levels. This kit provides an accurate, at-a-glance reading, allowing you to manage your transmission's health proactively.

Product Features

• Accurate Monitoring: Provides precise, real-time temperature readings from 50-150°C, giving you the critical information you need to protect your transmission.
• Enhanced Durability: Helps prevent transmission overheating, extending the life of your transmission fluid and internal components.
• Ideal for Towing & Off-Road: An essential modification for any Y62 Patrol used for towing caravans, boats, or heavy trailers, as well as for tackling challenging off-road terrain.
• Complete Kit: Includes a high-quality VDO 52mm electrical temperature gauge, temperature sender, and a gauge mounting cup for a clean and professional installation.
• High Visibility: Features clear backlighting for excellent readability during both day and night driving.
