This is a heavy-duty billet tool adapter designed specifically for use with the Patrolapart Heavy Duty Hub Nut Tool PAP-1584. We conveniently have this in a kit ready to go on our website here. We don't recommend purchasing this adapter on its own without the PAP-1584.

This adapter allows the main hub tool to correctly fit and apply torque to the 54mm hub nuts found on early model Nissan Patrol GQ Y60 front axle wheel hub assemblies. This is a workshop tool, not a part fitted to the vehicle, and is essential for servicing front wheel bearings and hub assemblies on these specific models.

We developed this adapter to extend the versatility of our PAP-1584 hub nut tool, allowing one tool to be used on GQ and GU models. Using this tool is part of a larger hub or wheel bearing service, which is a moderate to difficult workshop job requiring correct torque procedures and mechanical knowledge. It would only need replacement if it is lost, broken, or worn from extensive use.
