This right-hand (driver's side) handbrake lever is located behind the rear brake disc. When the handbrake lever is pulled it spreads the park brake shoes located inside the rear brake disc to lock the rear wheels.
If the lever is worn, damaged or bent, operation will be affected and it should be replaced.
