Genuine Nissan Fan Blade ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan Fan Blade - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU ZD30CR Common Rail

This is the engine cooling fan blade, located at the front of your engine, bolted to the viscous fan hub. The fan blade is crucial for pulling air through your radiator to keep the engine cool. The original plastic blades are exposed to constant heat cycles from the engine bay, which can make them brittle. Cracks can form, usually starting from the base of the blades, leading to a major failure.

Ignoring a cracked or damaged fan blade is a serious risk. If a blade breaks off at high engine speed, it can violently destroy your radiator, fan shroud, and drive belts. This results in a sudden loss of coolant, rapid engine overheating, and an expensive repair bill, leaving you stranded on the side of the road or track.
