Genuine Nissan EGR Valve Assembly YD25 - Nissan Navara D22, D40 & Pathfinder R51

This is a Genuine Nissan Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve assembly, designed as a direct-fit replacement for specific Nissan Navara D22, D40, and Pathfinder R51 models equipped with the YD25 engine. Located between the exhaust and intake manifolds, the EGR valve is a critical emissions component that recirculates a precise amount of exhaust gas back into the engine. This process lowers combustion temperatures and reduces harmful NOx emissions.

Over time, the original valve can fail due to a gradual buildup of carbon and soot, which can cause the mechanism to stick open or closed. A faulty EGR valve can lead to poor engine performance, reduced fuel economy, and increased emissions. Installing a new genuine Nissan EGR valve restores correct function, ensuring your engine runs efficiently and complies with emissions standards.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: An OEM part that guarantees perfect fitment, correct ECU communication, and performance that meets Nissan's factory standards.
• Restores Emissions Control: Replaces a faulty unit to correctly regulate exhaust gas recirculation, lower combustion temperatures, and reduce NOx emissions.
• Durable Construction: Manufactured from high-quality materials designed to withstand high temperatures in the exhaust system for a long service life.

Installation Notes

It is recommended to replace the associated gaskets when installing a new EGR valve to prevent exhaust or intake leaks. Check if gaskets are included or need to be purchased separately.
