Genuine Nissan Breather Hose TB42e EFI - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Genuine Breather Hose - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ TB42e EFI Front

This is the Front Breather hose that connects the rocker cover to the pipe that runs forward and joins up with the front of the intake manifold. The original rubber hose becomes hard and brittle, leading to cracks and splits. A failed breather hose can lead to a failure in your vacuum system and crankcase ventilation, both of which can lead to your car running rough due to getting more air into the engine then the ECU is seeing.
