Brake Master Cylinder - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Brake Master Cylinder - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU With ABS

You'll find the brake master cylinder bolted to the brake booster on the firewall of your engine bay. It's the core component of your braking system, turning the force from your foot on the pedal into the hydraulic pressure that actually stops your vehicle.

If you've noticed your brake pedal feels a bit spongy, or sinks slowly to the floor when you hold it down, chances are the seals inside your master cylinder are on their way out. This is a critical safety issue that needs sorting out, especially when you're loaded up for a trip or tackling a steep descent off-road.

This unit has a 25.4mm Bore

Does Not Suit GU Leaf Rear Models or Vehicle with Stability Control 2012 on.

As all these cylinders have an aluminum bore, we have found by this time they have worn beyond repair, and it is most efficient to replace the whole cylinder.
