Big End Bearing Set RB30 - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Big End Bearing Set - Nissan Patrol GQ RB30

This Big End Bearing Set is fitted between the connecting rod and the crankshaft journal for each cylinder in your engine. It is a crucial component designed to provide a low-friction surface, allowing the connecting rods to rotate smoothly around the crankshaft as the pistons move up and down. Over time, due to high mileage, improper lubrication, or contamination, these bearings can wear out. Replacement is essential during an engine rebuild or when symptoms like a 'knocking' or 'rumbling' sound from the bottom of the engine, low oil pressure, or metal shavings in the oil are present.
