Valeo Alternator 12V 80A RD28 - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Valeo Alternator 80A - Nissan Patrol GQ Y60 RD28

This alternator is located at the front of the engine and is driven by the engine's drive belt. It is a vital component of your vehicle's charging system, responsible for generating electrical power to charge the battery and run all electrical systems while the engine is running.

A replacement alternator is required when your current one fails to produce the correct voltage. Common signs of a failing alternator include a battery warning light on your dashboard, dimming headlights, a frequently dead battery, or a squealing/grinding noise coming from the engine bay.
