V-Belt 13A1180 Fan & Alternator Belt - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ & Y61 GU

V-Belt 13A1180 Fan & Alternator Belt - for Nissan Patrol GQ GU

This V-Belt is fitted to the front of the engine and drives essential components like the engine cooling fan and the alternator. This is a high-quality aftermarket replacement belt, designed to restore the performance and reliability of your vehicle's accessory drive system.

Drive belts are critical wear-and-tear items. Over time, exposure to heat, friction, and tension causes the rubber to degrade, leading to cracks, fraying, or stretching. A worn belt can slip, causing an annoying squeal, and may not drive the accessories effectively.

If a worn fan and alternator belt is ignored and eventually snaps, the consequences can be severe. The alternator will immediately stop charging the battery, causing your vehicle to lose all electrical power and eventually shut down. Simultaneously, the engine's cooling fan will cease to operate, leading to rapid overheating which can result in catastrophic engine damage and leave you stranded.
