Under Bonnet Heat Insulator with Clips by TRU FIT CARPET - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

This is a direct-fit aftermarket under bonnet heat insulator from TRU FIT CARPET, supplied as a complete kit with fitting clips to suit Nissan Patrol GQ Y60 models. Fitted to the underside of the bonnet, it replaces the original factory insulator which often degrades from constant engine bay heat, oil, and moisture. A worn or missing insulator can lead to paint damage and increased engine noise in the cabin. This heavy-duty replacement is custom moulded to prevent sagging and contact with hot engine components, a potential fire risk with ill-fitting, universal alternatives.

Product Features

• Superior Heat & Noise Reduction: Constructed from 14mm multi-density needled polyester with a black fabric top. This material is specifically designed to shield your bonnet's paint from damaging engine heat while absorbing a wider range of sound frequencies for a noticeably quieter ride.
• Precision Moulded Fit: Custom moulded to the exact specifications of the GQ Patrol bonnet. This ensures a perfect, factory-like fit with no modifications needed, eliminating the sagging issues common with lower quality insulators.
• Durable & Safe Construction: Engineered to be fire-retardant and highly resistant to oil, grease, and moisture. This insulator exceeds international under-bonnet safety standards, including DIN75200 and US-FMVSS-302, for your peace of mind.
• Complete Installation Kit: Supplied as a complete kit with all the necessary fitting clips for a simple and secure installation. Your original clips are likely to be brittle and break upon removal, so a fresh set is essential for a professional finish.
