UFI Clutch Kit 850nm - Nissan Patrol GQ & GU with TD42 Engine

This clutch kit is located between the engine and the transmission, responsible for engaging and disengaging power to the gearbox. This high-performance, heavy-duty clutch kit from United Fuel Injection is specifically designed to handle the increased torque and power of modified TD42 engines. It is an essential upgrade for any vehicle with performance enhancements such as an upgraded turbo or fuel pump, or for those used for heavy towing or serious off-roading. It also serves as a premium replacement for a standard, worn-out clutch.

A failing clutch will often slip under load, causing a loss of acceleration and a burning smell. If left unattended, this can lead to a complete failure to transfer drive from the engine to the wheels, leaving you stranded and unable to move the vehicle.

Rated at 850Nm of clamping pressure in normal operation.

Comes with Pressure plate, clutch plate, throw out bearing and a new spigot bearing. It doesn't include the alignment tool, but they are available separately in our online store if you don't have one.

Flywheel must have a 12thou (0.3mm) step machined into it. Cannot be fitted to a flywheel that is machined flat. Using a flat flywheel will reduce clamping pressure and cause clutch to slip voiding and warranties.
